Mindful Leadership introduces you and your staff or team to the simple art & neuroscience of “mind-awake” training to reduce stress, manage attention and tap the reservoirs of creative thinking.
For over two centuries, “mindful” or “insight” meditation practice has been transmitted throughout globe to prevent suffering in the world. Today this practice has been probed in top notch neuroscience and medical science labs, proving that “insight” meditation practice can help to:

3. Best practices for integrating a mindful breathing practice into your daily or weekly work schedule.

Taught by: GGI founder/Chief Brainiac Dr. M. A. Greenstein, Applied Neuroscientist / Neuro-Consultant, Registered Yoga Teacher and pioneering researcher of contemplative and somatic practices in education.
Dr. G. has introduced S.I.T.T. to the TED and NeuroLeadership communities as well as innovated methods of bringing breathing meditation practice in design thinking courses at Art Center College of Design. In addition to her academic credentials and internationally recognized accomplishments, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher, a professionally trained Results Coach and a UCLA trained movement therapist. She received monastic transmission of mindful meditation (vipassana) practice as a young UCLA graduate student researching contemplative movement practices. Dr. G. has been a daily practitioner for over 30 years and has been honored to transmit the teachings of S.I.T.T. practice for nearly two decades.
